- Collection of Rent

Our rent collection process is very simple, but stringent. We make sure tenants understand that the rent is due on the 1st of each month and late after the end of the 3rd day. Additionally, rent payments are quickly disbursed to our clients through either direct deposit or standard check

- Routine Property Inspections

We maintain a regular schedule in inspecting all properties in our rental portfolio. These inspections are conducted by qualified maintenance personnel who will notify you of any issues that need to be addressed.
